Do I need a website?
No. Google's AI builds local answers mostly from your profile, your reviews and your photos. A website helps, but it is not where the AI starts.
What is AI visibility?
Whether an AI names your business when a customer asks for a recommendation. It covers Google's AI Overviews, AI Mode and Maps, and the newer AI chat tools people use to find a business. Vuyo makes sure your business is the one it names.
Which AI platforms does this cover?
We work on Google's AI surfaces: AI Overviews, AI Mode and Maps. We also track ChatGPT and Perplexity and tell you the truth about those. A business with no website has a lower ceiling there, and we will not pretend otherwise.
What do you actually do each month?
We keep your profile working, track 30 real customer questions across the AI engines every day, and check what AI is getting wrong about you. Then we send you one page showing what happened to your calls and why. See the full breakdown on how it works.
How long until I see changes?
Profile work lands in weeks, and calls often move first. AI answers usually take one to three months to catch up.
Are you a software tool I have to learn?
No. Vuyo is an agency, and we do the work. There is no dashboard, nothing to learn, and one page a month.
What if I already have a website?
Good. We do the same work on your profile, and your website unlocks the higher tier. You publish the changes, we never touch your site.
What countries do you serve?
Anywhere Google Business Profiles work. We are based in Penang, Malaysia and work in English.

What does it cost, and why is there a joining fee?
$249 once to rebuild your profile, about a week of work, then $249 a month. From $500 a month if you want your website worked on too. Month to month, cancel any time.
Why is Vuyo more than the $99 tools I have seen?
Those tools post to your profile. They cannot tell you what Google's AI said about you last week, or who it named instead. If posting is all you need, we will say so.
What does "from $500" depend on?
Site size, how many locations you have, and content beyond the three pieces included.
Is the price the same in my country?
Yes. One price everywhere, in US dollars.
How do I cancel?
Tell us. It stops at the end of the month you paid for, and we remove ourselves from your profile.
Honesty
Can you guarantee I show up in AI answers?
No, and neither can anyone else. We promise the work, and a truthful report every month.
Will some months show nothing?
Yes, and we will say so. Month three is the most common time to see a flat report. That is why your report opens with calls and direction requests, which move sooner.
Do you write fake reviews?
Never. We help you ask every customer properly. We never buy reviews, filter out unhappy ones, or trade anything for one.
Who owns my profile?
You do, always. We work as a manager you invite, and you can remove us in two taps.
