Why is there a joining fee?
The joining fee pays for the week of work that rebuilds your whole profile: categories, photos, hours, and the questions customers ask. It is work, not an admin charge.
What does "from $500" depend on?
The starting price covers one website with a normal amount of content. Larger sites or extra locations are quoted once we see your site.
Is the price the same in my country?
Yes. The price is flat, global USD, and the same wherever your business is.
How do I cancel?
Tell us, any time. Vuyo Profile is month to month with no contract, so there is nothing to unwind.
Can I get the setup fee back?
Yes, within 14 days, in full, no reason needed. After that the work is done and the fee is not refundable, but the monthly is still month to month and you can stop any time.
